Despite the fact the overall space was nice and the staff helpful, I was very dissatisfied with Extra Space. In the time I rented here (less than a year) our rental cost increased by about 150%. This was explained by the end of a promotional period that we were not told about and then randomly. It is fine to rent for a month or two but any longer and you could pay over double the initial amount promised.
