These units are outrageously expensive! The pull you in with very low introductory rates and then jack up the price way beyond what you would have thought. Also, the doors are not sealed well, if fact they aren't sealed at all. The amount of dirt and dust that has blown in and has now coated all of my belongings is astonishing. Don't rent a unit here, there are much cheaper places!

An absolutely beautiful facility. However predatory practices by management as far as pricing and notifications make it a place to watch out for.

Very clean facility they do take care of their property excellent security. Absolutely terrible billing practices Within 6 months doubled my rent no warning! Compromised my Visa card after this event then trying to charge me double x late fees locking out my unit not even 30 days past due! This is after speaking to the facility. Waiting on my new Visa card. (( if it wasn't the fact that was in the middle of a move I just moved my stuff)) 10x15 at this rate I should be paying over 300.00!
