I love Extra Space Storage. I have been there for a few months and I am very happy with the service and facility. I moved from a three bedroom home with attic, basement and garden shed and lots of closets to a four room apartment. I needed the largest unit they had and that was a 10 x 20 unit. It was very traumatic for me to but Angel Aramat the store manager was so helpful in helping me with the size and having a drive up unit instead of an inside unit because of how much property I had . He gave me a discount on the first month and I have since been able to downsize to a smaller unit across from the unit I had. Angel was so nice. I had left my keys at my apartment so he gave me a lock for free and also I asked to change the time eof month I was charged due to my other bills and how they feel each month. He said absolutely, tell me what day of the month works for you. To me that is someone who is compassionate to help another person out in hard times. He is so nice. I am so glad that my movers recommended this storage facility. It is so clean, safe and so reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage at 16 Ararat Street in Worcester, MA.
