I shopped other storage facilities. I got the BEST customer service from Jason Grindstaff. Other places were trying to sell me on renting a space. Jason listened to me.I ended up renting for 9 months when I had almost decided to not rent ANYWHERE.

My partner's parents switched over to this facility about a year ago or so and haven't had any bad things to say about it! My choice was simple when it came time looking for a storage unit of my own, my basic need was climate controlled and something close by- this fits the bill! Edited 8/31: thank you for getting the back door fixed! It's great to see things be fixed in a timely manner as well!!!
