I am a relocation coordinator and I was working with a client who needed a storage unit last mintute. Not only was Eddie able to accommodate us at such a short notice they really went above and beyond for us. When we needed a bigger unit Eddie upgraded us quickly & without issue, he let in our movers multiple times that day and is overall awesome. Since this was my first visit to Extra Space Storage, I requested some basic information from the office personnel. Eddie, the manager, welcomed me and walked me to my new storage space and assisted me in relocating to a larger space. Eddie provided exemplary customer service. The cleanliness, great lighting, and access to dollies in this facility helped make moving a more pleasant experience.
