Extra Space Storage, and specifically Jessica, have restored my faith that it is possible to get good service from a storage facility. Jessica helped us set up a new unit and have helped coordinate with a 3rd party that was delivering property to the unit. She made it all easy and was very helpful. Every time I call, I actually get a voice! You're the best, Jessica!

Great facility manned every day. Only real complaint is that the monthly rental payment is subject to increases after only 3-9 months, followed by more increases every 3-12 months.

Everything is very clean & tidy, including the large pull-up covered garage where you can unload your stuff. The elevator & carts are very easy to access. I like their security system. Jessica, the lady who works there, is extremely helpful and nice! We got a great deal on our storage unit.
