My grandma has been a customer since 2024 and it has been a great experience. Pricing is a bit steep as it changed BUT the customer service, location, security and overall quality is worth it. She loves it! The only thing I’d personally recommend is a better app / system to pay as it crashes frequently and doesn’t allow us to login in sometimes. If you’re on autopay, no issue but my grandma is old school and loves paying on due date manually, haha!
