Robert, site manager, has been amazing in helping us manage our storage needs. We spoke with him prior to arrival to Rochester to navigate moving trucks and again after arrival to add more space. All interactions have been top notch. The facility is secure and the units are impeccably clean. Moving can be stressful but Robert has made this part of it very calm and stress-free. Thank you!

Until today, I was generally pleased with Extra Space Storage. Today, I am thrilled with their customer service and security! Robert was completing a site audit and noticed that my unit was not properly secured. It appears that the last time I was in, I didn't fully latch the door before placing the lock on. He called and left a voice mail message to let me know about the door and offered to be of assistance. Robert was on site still when I went to check it out and even offered to grab a ladder and help me further if needed. I am so grateful that this site takes security of the units seriously and reached out when they noticed an issue with mine. Robert was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location for providing a clean and secure space with great customer service!
