Drove to Rochester in a fully laden rental box truck only to find our intended rental house far below standard. With the rental truck's return imminent we had to scramble to find somewhere to offload our household belongings. ESS was our third attempt to secure storage space but from now on they will be our first! Outstanding service from both their call center and their onsite personnel; particularly Robert. And their rates struck us as low for such a high quality and secure facility.
