I am moving and needed an additional 3rd storage unit that would be large enough and Mia Harper did so well In welcoming me She was patient and and made sure that I was was on easy pay ( auto pay ) And assured me of the integrity of the storage locks that there was no way they could be tampered with By pointing out the tamper sticker on the locks.. She's a natural people person..

The Roseville MN location is awesome. Mia was super helpful and knowledgable. Helped me find the perfect space for my stuff. The interior was very clean. 11/10 would recommend!!!!!

Have been storing my valuables securely for months. Appreciate the storage facility as well as the staff. Mia and Jonathan are always very professional, polite, courteous. Recently forgot my access code and they were able to pull up my account with my ID and remind me what it was, helped me regain my access in a timely manner.
