I CALLED AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Not happy that I rented a 10 x 10 and there is a giant column in the middle of my unit. I think that's misleading to not list that on the website. I shouldn't have to pay the full price for the unit when I can't even get all the square footage.

Awesome customer service every time. Sadly they had to close down and relocate. Storage unit was good although expensive but eh what isn’t nowadays?
