I called their general inquiry number and the customer service representative I spoke with was simply fantastic. She helped me figure out what size and type of unit I needed, and searched between a few local locations to get me exactly what I wanted at a great price. Move-in was a snap, and I like having the app to control gate access. Zero complaints and five stars.
