I am writing this review for Terri’s exceptional service. We had quite an experience shared together during the recent tornado outbreak in St. Louis. I arrived just as the tornado hit the area and our initial encounter literally was going inside the safety shelter closet inside her office after the storm had passed the office Lost power yet terri was insistent on finding a solution to finish the transaction of me purchasing boxes and moving essentials at the time I told her to just focus on getting her office equipment and her system back up and that I will return once everything is back up and running within a couple hours. Terri had personally given me a call to say that she was ready and I returned to purchase several items for my moving essentials. I just wanted to give acknowledgment and recognition of the amazing service that terri provided in light of the incident that was not under our control obviously but her dedication to ensure that I had everything I needed, including trying to figure out how to manually process the transaction while I was there so that I don’t have to return With such proof that she was so customer focused and on top of that getting a personal phone call as a follow up to ensure that I returned to purchase was just remarkable. Thank you so much terri and thank you for keeping me safe in your office.
