The store manager Brandon McCombs was great!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area. Clean, well lit building. No trash in the hallways or elevator. Super simple move in & move out process. Never had any issues accessing the building or my unit. Would rent from Brandon again!!

I so appreciate them and everything they do for me :) *Update May 29, 2024* Brandon has been so helpful and kind! He's the kind of manager that will do anything within his power to help the customer out and I very much appreciate that! Happy to store my personal belongings and items at Life Storage-St. Louis :) Stephanie was super kind and helpful when we started renting our storage unit yesterday! She gave us a walk-around inside and helped us with the renting process as well! The facility is clean, I love the type of locks they use, and the 24 hour access is an added bonus! Very happy with this facility :)

Brandon M, the store manager, was great help first thing in the morning. My new lock wasn't working and the unit wasn't exactly what I needed it to be so he found another one, took me to it and got everything squared away right there within a matter of minutes. He was very nice, easy and personable to work with. I would highly recommend these units! They are clean, secure and easy to access with no issues.
