Brandon M, the store manager, was great help first thing in the morning. My new lock wasn't working and the unit wasn't exactly what I needed it to be so he found another one, took me to it and got everything squared away right there within a matter of minutes. He was very nice, easy and personable to work with. I would highly recommend these units! They are clean, secure and easy to access with no issues.

My move in was great got to go in and talk to Haley, who was April to show me around and let me pick a unit that met my needs. She was very knowledgeable and friendly when answering any questions. She helped me get my business information in all into the computer. .

Brandon, the store manager was very helpful when deciding what size unit would be best for our things. We had to cancel a unit somewhere else and he made the process of canceling a unit from another store and transferring to his store as easy as possible. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Would 1000% recommend storing your belongings here in a heart beat.

*Update May 29, 2024* Brandon has been so helpful and kind! He's the kind of manager that will do anything within his power to help the customer out and I very much appreciate that! Happy to store my personal belongings and items at Life Storage-St. Louis :) Stephanie was super kind and helpful when we started renting our storage unit yesterday! She gave us a walk-around inside and helped us with the renting process as well! The facility is clean, I love the type of locks they use, and the 24 hour access is an added bonus! Very happy with this facility :)

Husband and myself recently moved to Hawaii for work. We have used Extra Storage Space in the past ( see ALOHA review). Nicole has GREAT customer skills! We experienced a hiccup w/ an autopay payment and after contacting her, she took care of our request SAME DAY! Being on an island in the middle of the ocean, we felt like it might be a challenge to get help, not w/ Nicole at the helm of this company!
