Do not rent from extra space! They will hike your rate up AS FAST AS THEY CAN. On top of that thwy enjoy taking advantage of small businesses. Our youth organization will never work with them again. ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF = GARBAGE THE SPACE = RUN DOWN THE RATE = EXTREMELY OVER PRICED AND SNEAKY

Stored with them for the last four years. Never had any issues, only reason I'm leaving is that I'm moving out of state where they don't happen to have a storage facility, otherwise I would store with them again.

Extra Space Storage has been so helpful when we moved to the area. Their storage facility is well maintained and very clean. We have been so fortunate to have had great space indoors. We originally had a 10 X 10 space and when we finally moved into our condo they found a smaller space for us in the same building. It worked great for two old people. Staff is friendly and courteous. They offer a secure facility and automatic monthly payment plan. The Old Tesson Ferry location is convenient & one of the best facilities we have used in our many moves.
