Everything went mostly smoothly, had some issues with the website and not getting email with the code to enter the facility but Ed (on-site) was extremely helpful. Unit was nicely cleaned, whole area well maintained and prices are better than smaller units with other companies.

Just rented with Extra Space Storage in St. Peters for the first time. Price was UNBEATABLE, but the customer service was THE BEST I'VE EXPERIENCED in quite some time! ED (property manager) was AMAZING! I would've probably rented with this location even if the price was higher just because of him! You were an absolute pleasure to work with and you were a HUGE help!
