Chris is amazing top tier customer service! Needed a large unit in between moves. Move out day needed to leave a few items but didn’t need the large storage. Chris switched me to a smaller unit in 5mins on the opposite hallway I didn’t even need to go into the office!

All was great the manager went out of his way to help out ,I would recommend this location, I started with an online order they were great up and above service and finished with in store a complete package

I just rented a unit here at the Maule location and Chris was so delightful and customer service was A-1. Chris was very patient and listened to my needs. This was a stress free experience. Chris actually went the extra mile with the type of hospitality that the world is lacking today. I am so appreciative of all his efforts. Chris has been such a blessing!
