Absolutely wonderful folks. Everyone I talked to from moving in to moving out were very kind and helpful. The units are very clean & the entire property is well maintained. And the prices are the best in the area. I felt like my personal items were safe and secure, and they were all in the same condition as when I first stored them in the unit.

Bait and switch operation. Started their monthly rents at reasonable rates that tripled in the first year. Poor communication from office when ice damns "required' they go in ny unit, cutting the lock and then taking a month to send new keys to me. Access gate was out of service for a ridiculous amount of time. Unit was clean. Buildings are well lit. Staff was always friendly, just rarely in the office.

I know this is probably any storage unit but was lied to about rate hike after only 2 months of moving in but other than that it was fine. It’s okay for short term. Closed it out today though
