STELLAR ***** Mike R is an MVE; he has been genuinely interested and helpful every time I’ve called in. Regretfully, there was one time, I was a bit frustrated and rude to him. Mike being the professional mature person he is, listened to me and my frustrations. Mike is a great problem solver because he’s a great listener.
