Update: I spoke with corporate in Utah, both Nina and Owen along with a prior employee have been under investigation by the company for some time. I caution anyone from going to this site and Extra Storage altogether! Update: I spoke with others providing good reviews, they all claim the same. Nina forced them to provide 5 star reviews. Most I spoke with already moved out of this location. This site is clearly running a scam!!! Update: Additionally, my original 5 star review was only submitted, because Nina said she'll give me the $145/month rate only after I provided a 5 star review for her. There's a game she plays which is highly unethical. Beware of her and Extra Space Storage! Update: As with all large companies, the client gets bamboozled. I was given a monthly rate of $145, after 3 months the rate increased to $261/month. I was never told I had an instructory rate, the manager Nina NEVER told me there was an instructory rate. They act nice up front to just get your business. Furthermore, when I called Nina two days ago asking about my rate increase, she said don't worry I can help and get it reduced, I'll need 24 hours and I will call you. 24 hours later, I received no phone call. Now 48 hours later I called Nina and she said, "I never said 24 hours, I said 48 hours.". The lies continue. When I called her out on her lies, she offered a $16 reduction in my monthly fee. So, $145 --> $261 --> $245 doesn't make sense. I asked them to match the price of the other storage facilities close to them and they said no and hung up on me. Remember folks, people are only nice when they need something from you. Nina, 100% plays that game and fooled me. If you're in my area, I advise you to avoid Extra Space Storage all locations. I called the local facilities, they have the same services for much cheaper. Nina is the best, her and her staff are cordial prompt and more than accommodating. It made my move in seamless. Storage units sometimes are for a reason and having this type of team makes it easier. I am beyond lucky to have worked with them.
