The facility itself is clean, secure, and relatively easy to navigate. James was an incredible resource to my mom and I as we picked out a storage unit! As first time users of storage units, we had a ton of questions and he answered them all thoroughly. He also has a wonderful attitude and was a joy to chat with! Want to shout out Jessica as well; we met with her a few days before meeting with James, and she also answered our questions and was a great person to work with!!

Five minutes away from my home. Extra Space Storage in Somerset, NJ is a brand new facility. I was able to move my extra business inventory into a 10 x8 unit. There were carts available for us to use. Nicole was on hand to explain general details of the move in and the whole process was not the headache I thought it would be. Everything was a breeze. Update: James Abram’s helped me prepay for my unit for 1 year at a good rate. I am very pleased with his customer service and will continue to use extra space storage. There have been no issues since I moved my stuff to this location half a year ago.
