I was indecisive of if I should put my things in storage due to the mixed reviews. I called a few places and came across this one in somerset, so I called and I was instantly in touch with Reggie and he made things go so smoothly. Any questions I had he answered them with no problem. All I can say is great customer service and he was a god sent. It was funny that we had the same last name too lol.

My friend rented a unit. Her code did not work the same day she rented the unit. The worker provided an alternate code. We went back the next day, and her assigned code to enter the facility still did not work. Additionally, after paying for this storage unit, her card was used at wingstop and njtransit. Further more, she was under the impression she payed 140 for the unit yesterday, but when she calls your company, you tell her she has an outstanding balance of 120. This debauchery is costing my friend additional moving costs as now we have to keep the u-haul van until she gains access to her unit. This is most upsetting and not a positive experience. Please fix asap!
