I booked a storage unit through the online service which was very easy. When I arrived to store my belongings I happened to notice a problem with locking the roll down door. When I went to the office to report the problem I met with a very friendly and helpful employee named Kelly. She arrived at me unit and saw the problem and immediately switched me to another unit nearby and quickly solved my problem. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location for a very clean place and excellent service.
