We had a very serious situation that caused my mom to not have paid for several months and Jerry waived $120 worth of late fees thank you! my brother has a go fund me on Facebook for mom Yolanda Rolon of Florida after having been forced to go to a couple hospitals by P.O. the problem escalated and know she is behind on everything unfortunately because of a robbery she was left without a mobile scooter and its been a devastating experience, if anyone could help out it would be a tremendous blessing!

WOW! Phenomanal service!! Mitch was amazing to work with! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to chat with while helping us out. He let me set up a payment over the phone to help my mama out and was very kind and respectful when we cleared her out of the unit. It's always a great experience when an employee truly cares.
