John and Kazi were amazing to deal with. They took their time to explain everything to me and were very helpful. John met the at the storage unit to show it to me and explained how everything works. Working with both of them was a pleasure and I would recommend Extra Space to anyone looking to store their items and have an excellent customer service experience. It was very easy , no contact transaction. Signed up on line , downloaded the app. The next day I moved in. Had my storage area number and the authorization to open the gate on the app. My lock was waiting for me and it was all very effortlessly easy. Cheapest rate in my area to top it off ! Excellent transaction!

At last minute i needed somewhere to store my summer car for the winter as the place i had beforehand fell through. I came across life storage and they had one unit left of the size i needed and i filled everything out online and by the next day i was ready to move in! When i had difficulty figuring out where to go Brian was a huge help. the unit was super clean and easy to access. i would highly recommend!

This warehouse is amazing. I've been storing it here for a year without any damage. And the warehouse keeper who is Kazi is very friendly and enthusiastic. I moved out in a hurry, and he helped me move out as smoothly as possible today. He's really awesome!

i don’t know why they changed the gate access to only until 10pm when it was previously 24 hours. also the unit itself was a bit dirty there were spiderwebs and bugs and dust everywhere.
