Although I originally left a five star review I’m updating this to 2 stars for a lack of safety. For weeks I’ve been telling the front desk there is a broken staircase for the balcony level units. The door to the staircase was off its hinges posing a safety concern. After multiple requests to have this fix the issue has been largely ignored and now the hinges are missing. The disregard for basic safety is appalling. —- Zakiyah and Alex are phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this place more. We were unsure about what size we wanted and they walked us through all the options and pricing. What I like about this storage space is how clean it is, with a large parking lot and easy access. Highly recommend considering this location is you want an easy storage process.
