If I could give less than one star, I would. I rented a unit at this facility for just under a year and was told I was getting a drive-up unit, meaning I would be able to drive my vehicle directly up to my storage door. Unfortunately, that was not the reality. The entire back storage area is rented to a moving company, and there was almost always a moving truck parked directly in front of my unit. Accessing my storage unit became a constant frustration, completely defeating the purpose of paying for a drive-up unit. I brought the issue to management's attention multiple times, but nothing was ever done to resolve it. The lack of concern for paying customers was extremely disappointing. In addition, my unit was full of mice. Despite putting out poison and having no food in the unit, they never left. Photos attached of both issues. I checked out yesterday, and I have absolutely no regrets. I would not recommend this facility if you expect the convenience and accessibility that a drive-up unit is supposed to provide.
