They fixed the stairs after this complaint. However the building went pitch black twice with no functioning exit signs. Called the front desk, next call is the dept of buildings. ——- Although I originally left a five star review I’m updating this to 2 stars for a lack of safety. For weeks I’ve been telling the front desk there is a broken staircase for the balcony level units. The door to the staircase was off its hinges posing a safety concern. After multiple requests to have this fix the issue has been largely ignored and now the hinges are missing. The disregard for basic safety is appalling. —- Zakiyah and Alex are phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this place more. We were unsure about what size we wanted and they walked us through all the options and pricing. What I like about this storage space is how clean it is, with a large parking lot and easy access. Highly recommend considering this location is you want an easy storage process.
