I’m actually at the 18th st location across the street, but needed to make a review here- This really should be 2 stars for the overall mismanagement of Life Storage, but I’m giving it 4 stars because of the help given by Robin at the 17th st location. I had requested a move-in a week prior and came on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend with all my items to move in, thinking I could get in to my unit I purchased. When I arrived, there was a lock on my unit with a number to call. Well, no one was at the 18th st location and Robin picked up at the 17th st location. Apparently she was responsible for handling both locations, which is unacceptable; after a long back and forth, she left her post to come remove the lock for me so I could move in. If she hadn’t been so accommodating, I would have requested a refund and taken my business elsewhere. And I don’t do that lightly. Thanks Robin!
