I’ve been a customer at this Extra Space Storage location for three years, and the service has been consistently exceptional. Whenever I’ve needed help, whether it was losing my access code or just having general questions, the team has always been responsive and adaptable. They call back even when they’re busy, which says a lot. Most recently, when I was moving out, they went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to walk me through the move-out policy. That kind of proactive communication is rare. Good customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this team delivers every single time. Highly recommend!
