I never leave reviews, but this time I felt I needed to because I am unable to find any other way to express my dissatisfaction with the employee, David. I went in person to speak with someone about unit price increases and what options I had. David was obviously annoyed from the start and giving me attitude at all my questions, claiming he has these conversations with so many people and he’s tired of explaining that the company isn’t in the business to help us stating “they don’t need you; you need them”. The unprofessional attitude and disrespect I received from David during our interaction was uncalled for and unwarranted. When I asked who his supervisor was, David claimed that there is no one I can complain too (which unfortunately seems to be true as every phone number I find online directs me right back to the storage building David works in). After I got David back on the phone he would not provide me with any of his supervisors numbers, claiming all there was is himself and a financial adviser who “couldn’t care less about my complaint about pricing”. When i told him my complaint wasn’t about the pricing at all and was solely based off of his unprofessional attitude, David ended the call by hanging up on me.
