The second story units ARE INFESTED with mice. All our stuff has either been peed/pooped on by mice… every single thing…. Blames Hobart kids for the infestation… and says that there is an exterminator that comes every month. HOWEVER. No traps are spotted anywhere other than “small” white ones nothing shows proof of a “professional” exterminator.. we had a 10x10 unit for the past 2 years. And every single thing we had in the unit has been absolutely disgusting… DO NOT USE for a long period of time… $180/mo for stuff to be peed and pooped on by mice. “Says take pictures” just so they can reimburse for “what they think” an item is worth.
