I Wasn't sure if I had locked my unit and I called Judd, to see if he could check for me. Which he was kind enough to do. He also called me to let me know that it was locked. Which needless to say I was very grateful for.

Judd, the gentleman in the main office at the Deer Park Extra Storage facility was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to guide us through a change in our unit that was both convenient and financially smart. His partner, Joe also helped us when we had forgotten an item in the old unit by contacting us and holding it in the office until I could get there to retrieve it. Together these gentleman made our experience very easy and pleasant.

This place has been very helpful during these trying times. The manager Jud and the assistant manager Joe have gone out of their way to inform me of sales and even helped me get a better price on my unit. They are always open to questions and the facility is kept neat at all times. For a first time storage user, I really lucked up. If you are in need of storage, I highly recommend this location.
