Cate and the team at 1771 Brighton Henrietta Townline Road have always been pleasant to work with. I had several units there across a couple years and she was always courteous, professional, and accommodating during challenging moves.

This place is disgusting. I had a rat infestation in my unit so I tried to claim on insurance and then whoever the hell manages this place said that I had food in my unit which is a lie who the hell puts food in their unit. Also, this place is not I repeat not heated in the winter time. I don't care what they say that it's heated, but the thermometer in the damn place says 40°. Some nights as cold as 35 trash
