I had an issue that had been frustrating me for a while, and Kandice went above and beyond to help. Not only did she resolve the problem quickly, but she also took extra steps to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. She actually listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Jerry was very kind, courteous, polite and very helpful ??. Update on rental space everything's good and I'm very pleased. Update: Kandice was very helpful in trying to lower monthly rates. She was very understanding of my circumstances
