We just rented a storage unit at extra space storage on Transit Road in West Seneca. We felt great about this from the very beginning as the gentleman on the phone. David was very helpful with us in every way. And then when we got there the young lady that was at the desk was super nice as well. She explained everything else to us and we decided to order one for 6 months. They gave us a break for paying in advance and explained how to get to where we were going. I'd love to continue working with this company. If I ever need another storage unit! I I highly recommend them. Thank you
