The Facility is beautiful. The Customer Service...OFF THE CHARTS! MyKayla could not have been more lovely. She helped me with my OnLine Account as well as personally took me to my unit and walked me through how to operate the lock system.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I’ve been renting for roughly 2mos and the ENTIRE time, the restroom has been out of order! You mean to tell me that ALL the money that is collected for this company and you can’t afford to fix the restroom. What an absolute inconvenience for customers! Then today the key pad and lower door was FAKE out of service, meaning the staff intentionally placed it out of service because they did NOT feel like doing their jobs! ??????? There was so many people driving or hauling U-Hauls that had to figure out parking because of the inconvenience to all of us!
