I loved my unit here. Move in was easy, moved out was super easy. And the staff is so helpful and friendly. Even the payment setup in the app was enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone thinking about or needing storage. And all my items were just as clean and dust free as when I moved them in.

Todd provided great customer service and made our move-in a positive experience! The place is very clean and easily accessible! We arrived and realized our unit was not big enough for our needs. Todd took us around and showed us larger units so we could decide which would best fit our needs. He quickly and efficiently got our reservation changed to more suitable unit and stayed around to make sure we had everything we needed to get moved in, even staying past his closing time. He was very professional, polite and helpful. Great customer service from Todd!

EDIT: I originally gave this place one star for the reasons listed. After having used this storage facility for over a year, I'm changing it to 5 stars. The place is spotless. My belongings have been sitting there for 15 months and they don't have dust on them, so I know the facility is diligent about changing the filters. The staff and manager are so helpful, kind, and good at their jobs. I don't think it's fair to give this location a bad rating for corporate's screw ups and policies. I rented my unit for $94 a month, including $11 insurance. It was a discounted rate that was on their website. I called the call center twice to verify that $94 wasn’t a promotional rate that would expire, but that it was a permanent rate with possible small annual increases. They assured me that it wasn’t a promo rate and wouldn’t increase. Today, I get a notification that says my promo rate has expired and I now owe $174 a month, including $11 insurance. They flat out lied to me. Beware of their deceptive practices, get a written contract, and keep notes of every conversation you have with them.
