5 stars in total! Cleanliness is important to me! I have found Extra Space Storage to be well maintained for sanitation I give a ?. Lighting is important ?. The location is easily accessible, right off highway 70 in Garner, this deserves a ?. The facility is indoors with climate control ?. Now I'll share "Who" has made this location earn its 5th ? star, from me. Ms. Trisha, who works in the office, on site. She's friendly and humorous. More important than anything is my safety! Ms.Trisha, assured me, after I brought an apprehension of mine to her attention. "Come on, she offered, as she moved from behind the counter. You drive and I'll walk to meet you, near your unit!" As I walked out the office door, Ms. Trisha, locked the door behind me and as stated, she met me, near my unit! She did this to make sure I felt comfortable to maneuver within the facility that I rent from. After all was said and done I asked to buy her lunch and bring it to her. As her act of kindness was comforting and genuinely appreciated! "No, I'm okay she said!" If ever she would like to take me up on it, or perhaps a gift card for lunch, the offer still stands!
