This has got to be one of the most professional storage facilities I have ever used! It’s clean, functional, and has a great staff. One person in particular is Mike, he is very knowledgeable about the facility, pricing, and what would work best for each person. He treats you like family but remains professional at all times which is very hard to come by in businesses today.

UPDATE : called and spoke with the “owner” Mike his response was that he thinks that “I forgot to bring all of my stuff down to the unit or forgot that I took my things out” smh POOR business practices & I would stay far away from here!& on top of that the “insurance” denied my claim since no one else unit had been broken into & there was no forced entry! lol this company is a joke. Trusted this place since it’s inside and you have to have the app to get inside the building. Moved my things in April 2026 WHILE PREGNANT, after I had my baby and went back to my unit in August 70% of my things were gone from my unit. No forced entry. And they locked the unit back. Seems to be an inside job, since when do burglars lock the doors behind themselves? Called to let the manager know. No apology was issued just “I’ll give you the contact info to file a claim” Filed a police report and a claim almost a month ago and still haven’t heard from the insurance company. I’ve reached out to them several times for an update Lastly, there was mice/rat poop all over my unit. I will be switching to another storage unit ASAP
