Mesha Tuck (Store Manager) provided great customer. She gave me a tour of the grounds, unit, and facility. She provided me two option sizes for my items. I rented the 5 by 10 unit.

Al was absolutely amazing! He took excellent care of me throughout my visit. Greeted me at the door when I arrived, showed me different units since I was unsure to compare sizes, and I was able to select the best unit for my business needs. Checkout was smooth & fast! I was able to move in immediately! When I contacted customer service I specifically requested to be at this location because of the outstanding performance and assistance I received in the past! Exceptional customer service. I had a death in the family and my account fell behind. Meesha politely and ever so gently, in the most calming and patient voice, helped me to work out a solution. She's kind, patient & empathetic which can be rare. She's a gem. People never forget how they're treated when life throws bad things at us and I will never forget this. Because of Meesha, I was able to get my emotions in check and I was able to get my account back on track in decent time...and get on autopay...lol. Thank you Meesha!!! ??????
