Katlin, the onsite manager has to be the best customer service individual I’ve dealt with in any service related situation. She takes pride in her facility and genuinely seems like she enjoys interacting with customers. She is always in good cheer, and an all around happy person! I would recommend Extra Space and her facility to anyone in need of storage. She’s amazing to work with!

I’ve been renting a storage unit at this facility for some time now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The location is perfect for my needs, offering great convenience and easy access. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional staff. Kat and Yami are absolutely amazing – they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whenever there’s an issue with my deliveries, I always get a phone call, which is incredibly reassuring. Kat, in particular, has been a lifesaver. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure my deliveries are handled properly and arrive on time without me needing to get involved. This is a huge relief since it would take me about 10 minutes to get to the unit from my home. The success of my job depends on having dependable deliveries, and thanks to Kat and Yami, I can rest easy knowing everything will be taken care of. Their dedication and attention to detail have given me peace of mind, and I truly appreciate all their help. Highly recommend this facility – it’s hard to find customer service this great!
