Everything was great for about 6 months and then Prices started going up for existing customers, finally one person I spoke with told me prices will go up twice a year for all existing customers. Sharon was understanding and tried to get me a better quote every time. But I spoke to a Mary the last time and she was just rude and not understanding. She huffed and puffed when i was trying to tell her that the other person gave me a different price last week then what was reflected on my account today. But she was just talking over me and then said she will end this conversation and hung up. Never again will I talk to Mary.

As far as the facility and the experience, there weren’t any issues. My only complaint, though not a small one, was the massive price increase. When I signed up I was paying $73, months later when I moved out I was paying $133. Nearly doubling in the amount I was paying monthly is outrageous.
