RISK OF INJURY! Management never present. Not only have have they more than doubled my fees in just a couple years, they leave unmarked holes in the pavement for you to fall in. I fell while visiting my unit. I'm still in pain and no one has contacted me. They filed an incident report and are now running from responsibility. GO ELSEWHERE. My original comments are still relevant: Very disappointed with my choice in using this company. Why: -I tried making my contract by phone, I am active duty military overseas and couldn't get the online access. The assistant manager assisted me but it was clear he didn't really know how to do it for military. He assured me I would have my military discount applied once I showed up. I took the hit of payment for weeks before I could even move things in due to this storage need being an emergency situation. -They didn't apply my discount and nothing in the billing reflects my discount. They don't do itemized billing. Red flag. -It took me weeks of calls and emails trying to get this resolved. I was clearly getting the run around and the assistant manager was always the only one available to speak with . -They did finally apply the discount, only to sell the business after only a couple months and double my rent. Double the price not even after a year! -I made this contract based on price. I don't understand where these high reviews are coming from. The manager eventually informed me that this was within their rights and normal practice for all storage facilities. -Now I'm stuck overseas trying to figure out how to recover from this. Even if I can get home, I should be spending time with my elderly mother in her care facility, not moving this storage unit around town. I'm really devastated by this duplicity. Renters, beware. Military, don't use. Update: I tried using the generic email they gave in their reply and it didn't work. Sadly, not surprised a real human couldn't contact me directly, again.

Storage areas are always clean, well lit, and visually very secure. Repairs, if needed, are addressed in a timely fashion. As a customer, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service.
