They monitor the property regularly. Cancelling and signing up was very easy, I did the whole thing online. The only thing that was a bit confusing was using the lift but the staff are there most of the access hours so it’s easy to get assistance. I’d rent again.

Paid for rental guy that helped me on phone took down my name wrong and my email wrong so l had to call to get this correct so that l could sign rental agreement. The process was not as great as l would have like. Wanted to switch locations told it was not doable. I have not moved into my unit yet. I thought you had 48 hours to cancel. Someone told me today 24hours. So no refund l will have to keep this rental.
