After the passing of my dad last year, my mom is now downsizing and moving out of my childhood home, where we’ve lived for 30 yrs. It’s been a stressful, laborious project! Earlier this week, my sister, mom and I rented storage units at Extra Space Storage to store some things that we don’t currently have room for. Demetra at the front desk was so helpful and really made our experience stress free. She is awesome!

$48 monthly storage with no physical lock required! The lady at the front desk was very friendly & explained everything well. The facility is clean & easy to navigate. They use an app instead of locks, which is very modern & appreciated. Happy!!! Every other storage place was overpriced & required buying a lock. This place is really cool.

I arrived at Extra Space Storage after driving 7 1/2 hours with a van full of my daughter’s stuff to store. I was tired and frazzled and Demetra was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient explained everything. I am so happy that we rented here! There were carts to use and the facility is very clean. I’m so grateful for Demetra and her kindness - thank you!
