I had a great experience on my initial walk through and setup. Demetra was so nice to work with and pleasant. She explained everything, anticipated the questions, and walked through the store and unit with me. The space was clean and organized, and it felt secure. Pricing was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Cleveland and Demetra did an outstanding job helping me understand my options and setting me up with the best one. What could have been a complex process of calling from another state to get dorm storage for my son, was incredibly smooth and we will absolutely use their services again.
