Been here only 3 months, raised the rate 90$ with a 30 day notices when I called to ask why they said due to inflation and competitive pricing. Yet my same size unit is for sale for a qrt of the price on there website. Classic bait and switch. Yep they raise your rate every 3 months and keep your same unit on sale for new customers.

Expensive but well-maintained. Front office is friendly and efficient. The facility grounds are very clean. Worth the price.
