The place is always clean. There are always carts to use to haul stuff to or from your car. Reasonable rates and they are willing to work with you regarding rate increases. I am so much happier here as compared to Public Storage.

I have stored at various Extra Space locations throughout the past couple of years. Facilities are mostly safe and clean. Reasonable access hours. My main complaint is that their prices increase frequently and can get pretty outrageous. Short term renting is the move here. Long term, prepared to be paying out your ear. Considered yourself warned.
