I worked with Wally at Extra Space to get a 10x10 unit in the building. I should start by saying they were amazing and really helped out to find me the best unit and explain all the safety features of the space. I had previously stored belongings at another space on Division St a few years back, though sadly had most of my stuff stolen when the unit, and quite a few others on the floor, were broken into. I think the staff there could have cared less and just told me to claim insurance. I’ve been a bit traumatized to go back to a storage space ever since. Thank you for the A+ customer service and understanding.

Acceptable storage company. Raises rates regularly. A bunch of the provided pull carts disappeared a few months ago and haven't been replaced, which makes it very inconvenient to move things during busy hours. Otherwise problem-free.
