This storage facility helped me out by cutting off my lock immediately when I asked them to because my keys to it were stolen. The staff are considerate and kind. They make sure we have carts to use. The units are good. The hours are fair. I recommend this place. The code to enter has become better. Just be sure to monitor if people come in late at night and don't leave.

I'm literally moving from coast to coast. So many things can go wrong when moving and of course finding the right storage facility is important. All of my fears were alleviated when I dealt with Extra Space Storage. Everything went so smooth that I was confused because there were no bumps in the road. Everything was explained clearly and it was made as simple as possible. More than satisfied with the service I received.

I called the Extra Space complex on 123rd and Division in Portland, I spoke to Jon! We were in the process of evacuation prep during the Wildfires in August. Jon was awesome! He helped me with everything, I must have called that poor man 6/7 times trying to get everything done. It was a hard and emotional day. I was in tears! Jon made it all so easy! Thankfully we didn’t have to evacuate and only needed the unit for a couple weeks but because of Jon and his huge heart, we will definitely go back for any storage needs we may have in the future!! THANK YOU AGAIN JON!!!
