From the very beginning, Jacob was extremely professional and helpful. I called the main number with some general questions about the Tigard location (11123 SW 68th Pkwy). To my surprise, shortly after I hung up, Jacob from the Tigard facility personally followed up with me. He answered all my questions and made sure I found the perfect storage unit for my needs and timeline. When I visited the facility, Jacob was just as great in person — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The facility is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and has very convenient access hours. The customer service here feels genuine and caring, which convinced me this is the right place for my storage needs. I highly recommend the Tigard location and the whole team (Jacob and Cody) if you value a clean facility and staff who actually care.
